A. Operations Director (1#) : Location (Bangalore/Coimbatore)
No less than 20 years experience with a keen eye for quality and logistics. Must be a Mechanical Engineer from an accredited institute with exposure to the Wood Processing industry and latest CNC wood working machines. Must be familiar with advanced and non-conventional wood processing technology with the administrative experience to manage 2-3 GMs of Production and head of Logistics in various locations in South India. As a Operations Director, the successful candidate must have a proven track record for running large projects ($5+ million/yr.--required).

The Candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, updating project cost, Purchasing, Risk Management, shop drawing review, maintain customer relations, financial health of jobs, attending job meetings, and all other aspects of running a successful job. Full responsibility and accountability for the Management of a project or of work orders from inception through punch-out.

This effort will be provided through exceptional proactive management skills, a strong team spirit, sophisticated engineering, monumental manufacturing, skilled installation and white glove customer service.

Person with a background who can own the Project from "Start to Finish." Must have experience in "Takeoffs, Design & Managing Projects."

B. Head of Production. (3#)
Mechanical Engineer with full knowledge of wood working machinery from start to finish. Responsible for TQM and management of production in tandem with our SCM that the company will put in place.

The locations are initially near Coimbatore, but will also include positions in North Karnataka, near Hyderbad and Nanded shortly.

Must have a shrewd sense of managing SCM and understanding of Crop cycles of that particular region. Should be willing to be on site for the first 12 months of production. Training and putting a second tier team in place will be crucial. Knowledge of local languages will be essential.
Person with a background who will own the Project from "Start to Finish." Must have experience in "Takeoffs, Design & Managing Projects."

C. Head: Logistics: (location Bangalore/Coimbatore)
This is a critical role for the SCM operations of the factory(s).

Complete management of both inward bound raw materials from our plantation as well rigorous monitoring of delivery of our products to the customers will be critical.

Because our factories locations may be diverse (North Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh/Maharashtra Border and around Coimbatore), the ability to manage personnel from diverse cultural and language backgrounds will be a key factor in the candidate.

Provide overall coordination of the planning, ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of all materials. Work with providers and suppliers on effectively managing material flows to support production requirements and capacity constraints.

Ideal candidate should be well experienced in managing materials of military or large logistic operations of freighting company in India or abroad. Ex Defense Personnel will be preferred.
